Payments

Payments & security.

Is the PrimePostRx site secure?
Absolutely. PrimePostRx takes security seriously and has implemented robust protective measures to ensure the system's reliability. The entire site is secured with industry-standard SSL encryption, so all communications and transactions are encrypted in transit. This safeguards sensitive data and protects user information, providing a safe and trustworthy platform for every transaction.

Please ensure bank changes are processed at least five (5) business days before closing the previous account, to prevent any returned ACH charges.

What is Stripe?
PrimePostRx uses a third-party payment processor, Stripe, to facilitate financial transactions on the platform, including ACH transfers for withdrawals and payouts. By using the platform, you agree to provide the necessary financial information to Stripe to process these transactions. Your financial information is transmitted to and stored by Stripe under their own privacy policy — PrimePostRx does not store your complete financial information on its servers.
Compliance

Compliance & shipping.

If I own more than one pharmacy, do I need to register them separately?
Yes. In compliance with DSCSA track-and-trace requirements, each pharmacy must be listed separately on PrimePostRx. Every pharmacy operates under its own unique state license number, and delivering prescription drugs exclusively to registered locations keeps every transaction secure and compliant — accurately tracking and tracing product movement from seller to buyer.
Who pays for shipping of prescription drugs?
Ground shipping is paid by the seller. 2-Day and Priority Overnight shipping is paid by the buyer. Shipping runs via FedEx — cost varies with the distance between buyer and seller and the class of service (ground, 2-day, overnight) the buyer selects at checkout. See the full shipping guidelines for how labels, pickup, and tracking work.
